What is something you didn’t wish you take for granted when you were younger?
I would say love. I would say love for my parents, because when I was a teenager, I don’t want their attention, I was like “leave me alone”.
How did this impact your life when you were younger?
Because I was always like a wild horse, that’s why I leave my own country, I study abroad. I was in the US, now I’m in Canada, so I’ve been away from home since I was 17. So, I’m pursuing freedom, and that impacts me a lot. Now I kind of want to go back to my parents side, so my mom cooks for me; it’s hard for that to happen right now.
What advice would you want to give to the younger generation?
Just don’t doubt yourself. I’ve been doubting myself so many times, but the truth is you got to believe until it’s worth.
