What are the biggest pros and cons about going to UBC?

The biggest pros? Probably the nice campus. Especially the fall weather right now, looks super nice. Cons: It’s big. Lots of walking everywhere. I guess that’s just my personal opinion, but yeah. It’s definitely nice here.

What about in terms of academics? Do you find that it is better than other schools?

I mean, this is the only university that I’ve been to. It’s definitely better than high school, but it is a challenge I guess, but I think it’s worth it.

Do you have friends from other universities and what do they say about your school?

I think UBC has a pretty good [reputation] to be honest. Like I have a lot of friends from UVIC and it’s maybe not as nice.

What made you choose your major?

Oh, I major in English. I’m planning to go to law school, so that’s the best road that I can see to get there.
